Bruschetta Competition

Bruschetta is a wonderful hors d'œuvre that, in more complicated arrangements such as these, also makes for a complete meal. We made these dishes pretty much by the seat of our pants, with ingredients from around the kitchen and whatever was freshest at Plum Produce.

Roasted artichoke, fresh spinach, ricotta with parsley

Avocado and cucumber with lime, "tuxedo" sesame seeds, and rice wine & toasted sesame oil vinaigrette
